SHIPPING POLICY

1.      Upon receiving confirmation of payment made for your order, we will arrange to deliver the items to you within 3-7 working days.

2.      You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order. (http://www.skynet.com.my/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=33&Itemid=31&lang=en)

3.      If you did not receive your order within 7 days after payment has been made and you  did not receive any notification from us regarding a possible delay of your shipment, kindly contact us at sales@vortex.com.my for further verification.

RETURN POLICY

  1. We accept returns for items due to the various reasons as mentioned below. You can choose either to get a REFUND (in the form of Discount Voucher equivalent to your refund amount) or EXCHANGE of item(s).
  2. We accept returns due to (but not limited to) the following reasons:

Damaged

The product is damaged during delivery.

Defective

The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification

Incorrect/wrong item

The wrong item, or wrong color is delivered to you.

Missing items/parts

Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging.

Website error

The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (Normally due to a misinformation or error during data entry on website)

 

  1. However, kindly take note of the following simple requirements for a return.

·         It is within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date

·         Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement) as proof that the item is indeed purchased from us.

·         The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list (Click here to see the list)

·         The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.

·         The product must not have been used and tempered with.

·         All sealed items must not be opened

  2. You can send the item(s) to us including the relevant document as proof of purchase at:

  1. We will conduct an evaluation within eight (8) working days of receiving your returned items.  You will receive an SMS and email once we received the returned item(s).
  2. If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, and also reimburse the courier charges to you together with your refund/discount voucher@Coupon.
  3. If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.
